At JamunTree Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality, traditionally prepared food products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.
1. No Return Policy
All our products are food-grade consumables, and therefore returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
This policy is in place to maintain product integrity, hygiene, and safety standards.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on successfully delivered orders.
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Exceptions (Damaged / Incorrect Product)
We understand that issues may arise during transit. In such cases, we are happy to assist.
If you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect item
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
4. How to Raise a Request
To report an issue, please contact us with the following details:
- Order details
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue

5. Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and validated:
- We will coordinate with the courier partner, and
- Provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate support.
6. Important Notes
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with may not qualify for resolution.
- Final decision will be at the discretion of JamunTree Foods, based on verification.
